Overview
The following are considered violations of Alice Networks LTD’s Acceptable Use Policy (AUP):

1. Illegal Usage
   Using Alice Networks’ services for illegal purposes or to support illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Alice Networks reserves the right to cooperate with legal authorities and/or affected third parties to investigate any suspected criminal or civil wrongdoing.
2. Threats
   Transmitting any material (via email, uploading, posting, or other means) that threatens or encourages bodily harm or property destruction is prohibited.
3. Harassment
   Transmitting any material (via email, uploading, posting, or other means) that harasses or bullies another individual is not allowed.
4. Forgery or Impersonation
   Adding, removing, or modifying identifying network header information to deceive or mislead is prohibited. Impersonating others through forged headers or identifying information is not allowed. The use of anonymous remailers or nicknames does not constitute impersonation.
5. Fraudulent Activity
   Using Alice Networks’ services to create fraudulent offers to sell or buy products, items, or services, or to engage in financial scams such as pyramid schemes or chain letters, is strictly prohibited.
6. Unsolicited Commercial Email / SPAM
   Sending unsolicited commercial or bulk email via Alice Networks’ services is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in the immediate termination of the offending account.
   • Important Notice: Customers hosting websites or services that support spammers, or that cause Alice Networks’ IPs to be listed on spam databases, will have their servers immediately disconnected. Servers will only be reconnected after offending material is removed and verification is completed. Repeat violations will result in permanent disconnection.
7. Email / News Bombing
   Malicious intent to disrupt another person’s use of email or news services will result in immediate account termination.
8. Email / Message Forging
   Forging message headers, either partially or fully, of any electronic transmission originating from or passing through Alice Networks’ services is a violation of this policy.
9. Usenet Spamming
   Alice Networks maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding the posting of inappropriate messages or advertisements in violation of newsgroup or mailing list rules.
10. Unauthorized Access
    Attempting to access unauthorized accounts or penetrate security measures of Alice Networks or other entities’ systems is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate termination.
11. Copyright or Trademark Infringement
    Transmitting any material that infringes copyright, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights is strictly prohibited.
12. Collection of Personal Data
    Collecting or attempting to collect personal information about third parties without their knowledge or consent is not allowed.
13. Network Disruptions
    Engaging in activities that disrupt or interfere with Alice Networks’ services, or those of other clients, is prohibited. This includes DDoS attacks, unauthorized access, and improper network configurations.
14. Fraud
    Any intentional misrepresentation, misleading activity, or fraudulent behavior is strictly prohibited.
15. Intellectual Property Infringement
    Posting or distributing copyrighted, trademarked, patented, or other intellectual property without authorization is strictly prohibited.
16. Malware and Viruses
    Distributing software intended to harm, disrupt, or harass users or systems is not permitted. Such activities will result in immediate account termination.
17. Inappropriate Software Usage
    Use of software or devices to maintain artificial or continuous connections (e.g., constant pinging) is prohibited and may result in suspension of service.
18. Third-Party Accountability
    Clients are responsible for ensuring their accounts and systems are not used by third parties to violate Alice Networks’ AUP.
19. Adult Content
    Hosting adult content is allowed.
20. IP Addresses
    Using IP addresses not assigned by Alice Networks is prohibited.
21. Support to Terrorism
    Providing support or resources to any organization designated as a terrorist organization by the U.S. government is strictly prohibited.
22. Gambling
    Using Alice Networks’ services to promote or engage in gambling activities that violate applicable laws or regulations is prohibited.
23. Harm to Minors / Child Exploitation
    Hosting, transmitting, or storing any material related to child pornography or harming minors in any way is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
24. Security Violations
    Violating or attempting to violate the security of Alice Networks’ systems or services is strictly prohibited.
25. Shared Unmetered Bandwidth Plans
    Shared unmetered bandwidth plans are subject to fair usage. Sustained usage beyond 30-40% of port capacity may result in traffic shaping or rate limiting at Alice Networks’ discretion to ensure service quality for all clients.
26. DDoS Mitigation
    DDoS mitigation services are designed for normal usage patterns. Clients may not stress test their own servers or engage in activities that cause network disruption. Such violations may result in null routing or account suspension.

Alice Networks reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time to ensure compliance and maintain service quality for all clients.
